4-4-2 soccer Booking Terms & Conditions



Bookings

4-4-2 soccer offers an online booking service, once the booking form has been completed and submitted, payment in full received and the booking validated by 4-4-2 soccer you will be sent confirmation of your booking via the email address you have provided and or sms text message.

An email and or sms text message is acknowledgement of payment is confirmation of your child's place on an 4-4-2 soccer activity.

For safety reasons we can only guarantee a place on ANY camp or course to those booking and paying at least 24 hours in advance. Those that arrive on the day will not be guaranteed a place on the activity.

Before booking please ensure your child is able to attend the activity and is able to cope with the physical activities taking place.

All bookings once made and confirmed by us are final and non-refundable. Once booked on, coaching staff have been hired cancellations will not be refunded. Swapping camps, clubs and venues will not be allowed.

Promotions

4-4-2 soccer from time to time offers promotions in the event that you have been issued with a promotional code this code must be redeemed and used in accordance with the terms and conditions of that promotion and these terms and conditions.

Payment

4-4-2 soccer accepts credit/debit card as methods of payment but all credit/debit card payments may be subject to a small booking charge which will be added to your booking.

Paying by cash on the day will still be an available option but, only when the booking system is down, no promotional codes will be accepted also a place for your child will not be guaranteed by paying cash on the day.

Child Protection

4-4-2 soccer staff hold current child protection and CRB certification. In the event that a child makes a disclosure or a member of staff believes that the child is suffering from abuse we will act in accordance with our child protection policy.

Film/Photography

4-4-2 soccer may from time to time take photographs/film of 4-4-2 soccer camps and clubs, the use of this data is solely for the purpose of promoting and advertising 4-4-2 soccer literature, website, press social media and TV.

Parents/guardians that do not wish for their child to be photographed/filmed must make 4-4-2 soccer aware of this at the time of booking or in writing before the activity starts (where possible 4-4-2 soccer will inform parents/guardians at the start of a camp).

4-4-2 soccer will hold all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Personal Property

4-4-2 soccer cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst attending an 4-4-2 soccer Coaching event. Please ensure that no valuables are taken to the venue by your children.

Health & Safety

A full risk assessment will be carried out before any activity takes place at a new venue. 4-4-2 soccer coaches hold a current emergency aid certificate issued by an appropriate body.

For safety reasons it is compulsory for all attendees to wear shin pads on an 4-4-2 soccer Camp, club which involves football.

4-4-2 soccer reserves the right to refuse permission to participate for any child not wearing shin protection. If children attend without or remove shin pads before or during sessions 4-4-2 soccer will not be held responsible for any injuries that may occur.

It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure appropriate clothing is worn and/or available for their child for the activity provided and weather conditions.

Medical information

Any medical conditions that participant may have must be fully disclosed

(1) at the time of booking in writing to 4-4-2 soccer at registration

(2) to the lead coach on the camp or at the venue.

Liability

4-4-2 only accepts liability for personal injury or death of any participant attending an 4-4-2 soccer activity directly caused by its negligence or negligence of its staff.

Programme Changes

In the event that 4-4-2 soccer has to cancel an event for any reason, a full refund can be issued to the person who booked, no written request is required.

In the event of inclement weather, all 4-4-2 soccer events have suitable indoor areas to change, meet and eat lunch, and suitable indoor activities will be organised to replace the outdoor activities at the discretion of 4-4-2 soccer staff.


Complaints

In the unlikely event that you or your child are dissatisfied with the service we provide then please in the first instance raise it with the activities senior coach at the event. He/she will deal will the problem in accordance with our policies and procedures. If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction then please write to our customer services team info@team442soccer.co.uk within 7 days of childs attendance on the course.

We take your views and complaints very seriously and will endeavour to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.

Refunds will only be issued 4-4-2 soccer is proven to be in breach of our terms & conditions.


Information

The information on this site is updated regularly. However, we hereby exclude any warranties (whether expressed or implied) as to the quality, accuracy, efficacy, completeness, performance, and fitness for a particular purpose of the site.


School Clubs

4-4-2 soccer cannot accept liability for the loss of or damage to any personal belongings at any of our camps or clubs.

For safety reasons we can only guarantee a place on any course than to those booking in advance.

In the unlikely event that 4-4-2 soccer has to cancel a session for any reason, a full refund will be provided or an alternate date can be arranged.

For safety reasons, shin pads are COMPULSORY at all our camps and clubs. Children attending without or removing shin pads 4-4-2 soccer will not be held responsible for any injuries parents and guardians will give up their rights in this case

In the unlikely event of injury, you give permission to our staff to administer first aid. 

Any medical conditions must be notified in writing to the coach prior to the commencement of a course. Parents and guardians are responsible for this

Players must wear clothing suitable for the conditions and football boots or trainers.

Players must be signed out by a parent or a nominated adult at the end of each session.


ACCESSING OUR SITES

Access to our sites is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our sites without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason any of our sites are unavailable at any time or for any period.

From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our sites, or our entire sites, at our discretion.

If you choose, or you are provided with any piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any such information, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our sites. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our sites through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our sites, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our sites for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on our sites.

You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of material on our sites must always be acknowledged.

You must not use any part of the materials on our sites for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.

If you print off, copy or download any part of our sites in breach of these terms of use, your right to use our sites will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

Commentary and other materials posted on our sites are not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed. We therefore disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by any visitor to our sites, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents.

We aim to update our sites regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to one or more of our sites or close it/them indefinitely. Any of the material on our sites may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.

The material displayed on our sites is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we, and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:

All conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity; and

INFORMATION ABOUT YOU AND YOUR VISITS TO OUR SITES

We process information about you in accordance with our privacy policy. By using our sites, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

TRANSACTIONS CONCLUDED THROUGH OUR SITE

Contracts for the supply of Courses formed through our sites or as a result of visits made by you are governed by our booking terms and conditions

VIRUSES, HACKING AND OTHER OFFENCES

You must not misuse our sites by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any of our sites, the server on which our sites are stored or any server, computer or database connected to our sites. You must not attack our sites via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.

By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our sites will cease immediately.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of- service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

You may link to our home pages, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you.
